今年は短い夏休みになりますが、それゆえ、生徒の皆さんは頭をすっきりさせ集中力を高めることが大事です。ではそのための秘訣は何でしょう。私達、日本人はとりわけ清潔さを求め掃除をすることを大切にしています。この清潔さは仏教の教えや中国の風水に基づいているといわれ、人の運は自分たちがどのような環境を身の回りに作り出すかで決まると考えられています。トイレは放って置けば当然汚くなるものですから、部屋の中では格別重要な場所と言えます。風水では給水・排水といった水周りがスピリッチュアルエネルギーを排出する場所とされ、汚くすると健康や運を損なう恐れがあると言われています。それゆえトイレをきれいに洗うことが大事といえます。それでは頭をすっきりする秘訣とは？夏期講座が始まる前に自分の部屋の整理整頓と掃除に心をこめてやるとスカッとした爽快感があり、勉強運もきっと上ると思いますよ。
Believe it or not, cleanliness has long been next to godliness for the hygiene-conscious in Japan.
